The Art of Dog Training
Welcome to The Art of Dog Training. By accessing our website, browsing our website or making bookings from our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and fully accept our terms and conditions.
General

We agree to provide our services to you subject to our terms and conditions. You acknowledge and accept that by using our services you agree to be bound by our terms and conditions.
Payment methods accepted
​
Payment terms are cash or EFT only. We do not have EFTPOS or credit card facilities. Full payment is required on or before the commencement of the service.
Fees
​

Standard private training fees are $350 for a 1.5 hour session and $250 per hour thereafter
​
A 25% loading fee is applied to bookings made on public holidays.
Cancellations
​
We will refund any monies paid by you should you elect to cancel a service provided that you give us a minimum of 72 hours notice prior to the commencement of the service. If you fail to give us the required notice, then all monies paid to us will be forfeited.
Public holidays
​
Services on public holidays are dependant on availability. Public holidays will attract a loading fee of 25%.

Vaccinations and treatments
​
All dogs must have current vaccinations, flea and worm treatments. Dogs over the age of 6 months must be neutered or spayed.

Accidents
​
We are not responsible for picking up any excrement left by your dog prior to the commencement of our services (i.e. upon collection at your house) or following the conclusion of our services (i.e. when they are being dropped home).

Wet weather
​
We are not responsible for drying your dog in the event they get wet from the weather.
Damage
​
If in the event your dog damages furniture, personal items and property, you agree to be charged for the damage incurred including the cost to have the item professionally cleaned, repaired or replaced.

​

Release
​
You agree to release us, our officers, agents and employees from all liability for injury, death, loss or damage of any kind whatsoever that may occur to your dog while in the care of, or being transported by, or being directly supervised by us, our officers, agents and employees.

Privacy
​
We are required to comply with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPS) in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) when we handle personal information.
