Subject to any applicable law, you agree to indemnify us and hold us and our officers, agents and employees harmless from and against any and all claims, demands, costs, liability, loss and damage that may be incurred by us, our officers, agents and employees arising out of or in connection with your use of our services, including reasonable legal fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of our services.

You hereby indemnify and agree to reimburse us for any services rendered including, veterinary costs and medical expenses incurred;

 a) On your behalf;

 b) On behalf of your dog; or

 c) As a result of injury or damage caused to us or a third party by your dog.

You hereby acknowledge that by signing this indemnity, you will indemnify us, our officers, agents and employees from and against any and all claims, actions, demands or suits arising as a result of any injuries, illnesses, damage or other losses howsoever caused to any person or property and whether as a result of negligence or otherwise and which results directly or indirectly from your participation.
